Welcome to Dhikr Streak. We believe your spiritual routine is deeply personal, and your privacy is not just a feature—it is the foundation of our product. This policy explains how your information is handled within the Dhikr Streak application.

1. The Local-First Philosophy

Dhikr Streak is engineered as a "local-first" application. We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or set a password. Your connection to your Deen is your own business.

2. Zero Ads. Zero Data Harvesting.

We do not serve advertisements, and we do not harvest, track, or sell your data to third-party brokers. Because we do not collect your personal data on a centralized backend server, it is technically impossible for us to share it.

3. Data Collection and Storage

All of your habit tracking data, current streaks, Streak Freeze inventory, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your local device. The developer does not have access to your personal progress, usage patterns, or habit history.

4. Third-Party Integrations

To provide a premium experience, we utilize two trusted third-party services that strictly respect your privacy:

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage app access, including our Founders' Edition unlocks and premium subscriptions. RevenueCat acts as a secure intermediary with the Apple App Store to validate your purchase status. They only process anonymized transaction identifiers; we never see your credit card or personal financial information.
• Smart Notifications (Expo): Our context-aware reminders (Morning, Evening, post-Salah) are generated and scheduled entirely locally on your device. When a notification intelligently cancels itself because you hit your daily goal, that calculation happens on your phone. No data is sent to a server to trigger or manage your alerts.

5. Security

Because your data lives strictly on your device, its security relies on your operating system. We highly recommend utilizing your device's built-in biometric security (FaceID/TouchID) or a strong passcode to protect access to your local data.

6. Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Amman, Jordan. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman.
