Terms of Service

By downloading or using Dhikr Streak, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the application. The app is provided by Mustafa Al-Shammari ("the Developer") as a premium commercial service.

1. Subscriptions, Access, and Billing

Dhikr Streak operates on a premium tier model. By using the app, you agree to the following access rules:

        Founders' Edition: As part of early promotional launches, selected users may be granted "Founders' Edition" status, which provides 100% free lifetime access to all premium features. If you claim this, you will not be billed.
Premium Subscription: Standard access to the app outside of promotional periods requires an annual subscription, anchored at $25/year (or your local equivalent), which automatically renews.
Management: All billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store. You can manage your subscription directly in your iOS device's account settings.

    

2. Telemetry and Analytics (PostHog)

To continually refine the user experience and maintain our high performance standards, we utilize PostHog to collect anonymous product analytics. This tool tracks general, aggregated interaction events (e.g., feature usage frequency or crash reports) to help us identify UI friction. This data is entirely anonymized. It does not track personally identifiable information and cannot be linked to your identity or your personal spiritual routines.

3. Refund Policy

The Developer does not process refunds directly. Because all financial transactions are securely handled by the Apple App Store, any user seeking a refund for a premium subscription must contact Apple Support directly. All sales are governed by Apple's platform-specific refund policies.

4. Local Data Responsibility

Dhikr Streak is a local-first application, meaning your habit data is stored directly on your device. If you delete the app or lose your device without performing a manual system backup (e.g., via iCloud), your streaks and data will be permanently lost. The Developer is not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or user error.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the app strictly for its intended purpose of tracking personal habits and spiritual streaks. You may not attempt to extract the source code, reverse-engineer the mechanics, translate the app into other languages without permission, or create derivative versions of the application.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Amman, Jordan. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page.
